3M's Skin and Wound Care Division is seeking an experienced New Product Developer with a history of successful commercialization of Skin Care products!

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership to establish new product pipeline for skin integrity solutions based on internal and external technologies, skin health understanding, and customer needs. Identify, initiate, plan, execute new product programs for improved Skin Integrity. Analyze technology trends to anticipate future technological opportunities and skin health products. Leverage extensive intra-division interactions and initiate inter-divisional interactions to develop network of support to facilitate completion of programs. Leverage staff groups for special skill sets and novel technology. Document, review and generate intellectual property to support business. Develop and maintain market awareness through customer and key opinion leader interactions and competitive intelligence. Develop and maintain external and internal reputation as skin care expert.

Creatively and effectively challenges status quo when developing solutions. Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively present ideas and concepts. Basic/Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 3 years of New Product Development experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
