As the Director, Product Formulation & Development, you are a senior technical and people leader responsible for shaping Curio’s formulation strategy across new product innovation and existing product evolution. You bring deep experience in formulation science and regulatory compliance. You have a strong understanding of fragrance-forward consumer products, and a proven track record of leading development from concept through commercialization. This role is critical to delivering high-quality, compliant, and differentiated products that support Curio’s growth and brand ambitions.
