Richard Rigg is a chemist by education with an emphasis on Surface and Colloid Chemistry. He has been in the cosmetic and personal care industry for 43 years and has held various positions in many large multinational companies. He co-founded Next Step Laboratories over 20 years ago to develop specialty technologies to address many gaps in formulating effective products. In 2015 he co-founded Vizor LLC to focus on improving the performance of Zinc Oxide and through his work, Vizor was granted 10 patents globally.
